EKE Tekstil was established in 1989 by EKE family who has eleven companies. The company began its operations with the weaving looms in 1500sqm covered area. By 1991, attention was turned to establish a sewing line, further developing its production range to meet customer demands on ready-made quality goods. With the approach of using the latest technology to get the sophisticated and best quality products, computer aided system lines were added to operation. In order to meet  continually growing demand, the facility moved to a new 10,000 sqm plant in 1996 and enlarged to 15,000sqm in 2004. In 2006 weaving, towel and yarn warehouse were seperated to new buildings so covered area reach at approximately 20,000 sqm.To date, the organization is handled with 550 people exports are composed of 80% to USA, 10% EU, 5% to Russia, 5% to Japan. Textile engineers and designers dedicated themselves to present the best quality products, with an excellent service, just in requested time with the help of other qualified staff who are specialists in their fields. Since the core philosophy is the maximum customer satisfaction, finding the best solutions of any request or demand of the customers is a priority.

EKPEN TEKSTIL SAN. VE TIC. A.S.
EKPEN TEKSTIL was established in 1994. By first years of the establishment, company has been producing circular knitted terry fabric and in the past years the production capacity had been increased up to 1.000 kg / day.
By 1995, the company continued its developments and widen the customer portfolio as well as raw fabric capacity to 2.500 kg / day.
In 1996, the own brand was created for the fitted terry sheets and domestic sales were started.
In 1998, the ready-made garment investments had been developed and circular knitted velour products and nightwears were started to produce.
By 1999, Ekpen began to produce babywears and depending on the growth, moved to its new factory area.
Its own laboratory set up in 2000 under Quality Assurance management.
Ekpen has been certified by Control Union in 2007 and after this started the production of organic cotton fabric and organic ready-made garments.

EKTES INSAAT MALZEMELERI TIC. A.S was established in 1986 in Denizli. By the beginning, Ektes was the retailer just in Denizli. In the following days, with the developments and investments, began to sell both in Denizli and outside as a wholesaler and retailer.
Company has shown growth with increasing customer portfolio and wide product range every passed years.
Having a franchising of wellknown trademarks, opened a branch in Denizli in 1994 to sell ready-made bathrooms, decoration materials and imported construction materials. Later, this establishment turned into a concept maker and building materials trader and named as “EKE TASARIM VE YAPI MALZEMELERI TIC. A.S.”.
At the end of 1995, EKTES moved its new large place at 4.000 sqm closed depot and 450 sqm managing offices, with machine aided system
In order to spread its sales to markets in wide area, opened a branch in Antalya in 2004 which serves markets of West Mediterranean, Burdur, Isparta and Konya cities.
Now Ektes’ sales are to whole Aegean, west Mediterranean and Marmara regions.
Its main business area ; wall & flor tiles, their adhesives, lavatory materials, fittings, plumbing pipes and attachments, armatures, bathroom accessories, bathtubs, granite coatings etc.

EKE TASARIM was established in 1994 in body of EKTES. Since 1997, company having its activities independantly.

In addition to wholesale and retail of imported ready-made kitchens, bathroom accessories, decoration and all kind of building materials, Eke Tasarim is giving service of conception and architecture.

Company is main seller for very famous brands (well-known trademarks).

In 2003, EKE TASARIM moved to its larger depot on the way to Izmir and built its management offices and showroom in same place.

EKIMTAS INSAAT MALZEMELERI VE TEKSTIL SAN. TIC A.S.
EKIMTAS which was established in 1991 in Denizli, has wholesales and retails of galvanized plumbing, furnace pipes, fittings and waste water pipes. Ekimtas had the franchising of the big manufacturers like Cayirova Boru, Trakya Dokum, Erbosan, Ege Yildiz, and started wholesales to Aegean, west Mediterranean, Middle Anatolia and Marmara regions.

In 1992, Izmir branch was opened for an effective wholesales and retails of building materials inside of Izmir and along Aegean coasts.

Again in 1997, Ekimtas added Textile sector in its activities with 8 weaving looms producing raw terry fabrics. In 2003, widen its machine park with imported 4 looms with government promotions.

HAFIZOGLU NAKLIYAT A.S. September 2003 is the establishment date of Hafizoglu Logistics who aimed customer satisfaction with safe and quality logistics service.
